Returns & Exchanges


The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 2-4 business days. I will notify you if turn time will take longer than expected. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing. I am almost always able to accommodate rush orders. Once the post office accepted your package, I have no control over how long delivery takes.
Packages shipped to US addresses are usually delivered within 2-4 business days of shipment, but sometimes it can take longer.
The Post Office does not consider a package lost until 3 weeks have passed from date of acceptance. If your tracking shows that it is stuck somewhere, and has not been delivered for over 3 weeks, please contact me and we can go from there.
Tracking is included with every purchase. If you claim that a package was not received, but the tracking number states it was delivered, SBWS is not responsible for replacing the delivered item.


Should you have any quality issues please contact us within 6 months of the purchase. 
I create high quality products. This is why I offer a 100% guarantee on any quality issues. I take criticism, customer service and quality control extremely seriously. I truly dislike to make the same mistake twice. For this reason, when it comes to guarantee, items with issues need to be photographed and/or to shipped back. This way I can inspect the problem and correct my mistakes. In the meantime you will receive an exact same pair of brand new soft baby shoes!

If you purchase an item that does not fit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it and I will be happy to exchange it for another size if the item is unworn and unwashed. Buyer pays any additional shipping charges due to exchanges.
